I experienced a slight glitch with the payment database in regard to having to remove the letters in the payment ID so the order would go through. After that, everything moved smoothly.

An order form promptly followed the receipt of my payment. I submitted a brief list detailing what I wanted and uploaded a borrowed logo to help her match the colors I wanted. Sandra actually used colors in the first draft that were a better match for my content...so I went with her choices.

The end result was an eye-popping design that was complemented by a well thought out graphic selection. It is perfect for my niche.

Service-wise, I give high marks for professionalism. The response to emails was prompt and the turnaround time for the finished banners was shockingly quick.

I didn't expect to be disappointed...which I wasn't, nor did I expect to be Wowed by the end result...which I was. All in all this is a very well put together WSO...and a great value.

Very rarely does a graphic artist really impress me. Most talk a big game but end up supplying cheesy "home spun" graphics that look more suitable for a 10 year old than an online business.

But when I got back your initial designs, I was literally blown away. The banners I received were absolutely AWESOME and exactly what I wanted. I really wasn't expecting such quality...especially for for the price.

I'd encourage anyone to use your services if they want quality, affordability, and fast service.
